Before Alex arrives
- 1Complete all cleaning and staging before the appointment time.
- 2Open blinds where appropriate and turn on every light.
- 3Replace any burned-out bulbs.
- 4Clear counters, sinks, and clutter from every room.
- 5Make all beds and tidy linens.
- 6Secure pets and hide food bowls, beds, and toys.
- 7Remove trash cans and personal items from view.
- 8Remove vehicles from the driveway when practical.
- 9Ensure every area you want photographed is accessible.
